Originating two decades ago in the University Park of Novi Sad as a student movement fighting for peace and freedom, EXIT Festival has consistently undertaken a diverse and significant socially responsible projects. Social responsibility has remained a pivotal aspect of EXIT, manifested through the work of EXIT Foundation. The Foundation’s activism is focused on the youth development, peace promotion, creative industries growth, environmental protection, and destination branding.

EXIT will increasingly engage with the promotion of adequate mental health care in the future, striving to make this vitally important topic more visible. The festival aims to shed light on the significance of mental health, ensuring that help reaches those who need it.

UNICEF

UNICEF is the United Nations Children’s Fund, a highly recognized global organization that deals with the rights and well-being of children.

UNICEF provides support to the Republic of Serbia’s reform processes to ensure that child rights are realized for every child in the areas of early childhood development, education, child protection, youth, and adolescent development.

UNICEF’s vision for the future is a world in which every child is healthy, safe, educated, cared for and protected and in which all children can make the most of their potential.

YOUROPE

YOUROPE – The European Festival Association is happy to support the LIFE IS LIVE initiative.

The association does so within its three-year project “3F Future-Fit Festivals” co-funded by the European Union focusing the resilience, responsibility and relevance of popular music festivals.

About YOUROPE

Since 1998, YOUROPE – The European Festival Association has evolved into the most important association for popular music festivals in Europe. As of May 2024, YOUROPE counts more than 125 festivals and associated organizations from 31 European countries among its members.

The overall aim of the association is to strengthen and improve the European festival scene as a whole, and promoting arts and music while connecting different cultures.

In its working groups YOUROPE focuses on different topics at the heart of festivals: sustainability, climate action and environmental protection in the GO Group (Green Operations Europe) and security and crowded spaces management in the YOUROPE Event Safety (YES) Group. Two further key topics that YOUROPE continually supports and teaches at different conferences and events are communication as well as mental health and wellbeing.

Further, YOUROPE hosts the biannual European Festival Conference (EFC) and organizes the annual European Festival Awards (EFA).
